Nya Moore is a first-year member of the Watchdog staff.  She is a sophomore and a member of the CISL program, girl's Gymnastic team, and Track & Field team at C.D. Hylton Senior HS.  Nya loves reading, writing, being creative, and being physically active. Outside of school, Nya works with her dad at the Diplomatic And Counselor Officers Retiree (DACOR) Bacon House in Washington, DC. As a server there she loves meeting the very exciting people that have very interesting professions and life stories. For over 12 years Nya has spent twelve to sixteen hours per week working out at her gymnastics gym and is an award-winning competitive gymnast.

Nya hopes to become a better critical thinker, interviewer, and writer at the end of this year.
